Nigeria ex international crys out over her predicament
Nigeria female footballer Bassey Ekaete Boniface who as both male and female organs, crys out on her current status.
Ekaete, a player from Akwa-Ibom state has voiced out cruelly about ber inability to start a family of her own due to the fact that she couldn't get a boyfriend of hers and she as also been unable to overcome her challenges which has spanned over years.
In recent interview with The Sun, the former Delta Queen's player and current Ibom Angels player, before her exit from the falconets camp prior to the Chile 2008 FIFA U-20 women's World Cup all to her condition, she stated how she was duped by those who she said pretended to be raising funds for her in other to undergo a corrective sugery oversees in 2010
“I have been going through a traumatic time and it has not been easy coping with the situation. Through the help of some people, I have tried severally to see if I can get the attention of my state government. This has not been successful. The last effort I made, I was advised to write a letter and send it via DHL to the governors office." When I inquired about the procedure, I was told that to send a letter through DHL will cost N10,000, which I could not afford
